3. Return Eligibility

Customers within the United States have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.

3.1 Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return request.

After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.


4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional items.

  • Include the return authorization documentation provided by us.

  • Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.


4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship the package within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

  • Use the prepaid label provided by Miles Off Grid.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Miles Off Grid covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns.


6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refund Terms:
Approved returns for change of mind are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.


6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Resolution:
We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.


6.3 Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt.

Resolution:
We will arrange return shipping at our expense and send the correct item or issue a full refund.


6.4 Product Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.


6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped.

  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped but may be returned in accordance with this policy.
